Offer you two separate bedrooms with bathroom. The living area has a comfortable seating area and numerous wooden accents give it a cozy Tyrolean charm. Each suite is equipped with a kitchenette to end evenings together with enchanting meals.
Bookings, payment and check-in
You can book your accommodation with us at any time around the clock. This is only possible via our booking portal directly on our website.
So you can always secure the best price. If your booking is less than 30 days in advance, the cancellation period has expired and payment is due immediately by credit card.
For bookings that are more than 30 days in the future, your credit card details will be required. After the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged. Please make sure you have sufficient funds.
On site, you can then conveniently check in at our self check-in terminal and receive a pin code with which you can enter the house and your suite.
Other important guest information
In order to be able to offer you the cheapest rate for your booking, we only offer online bookings.
All prices include tax. Our prices do not include breakfast.
Each suite is equipped with a kitchenette for self-catering.
We do not offer daily basic cleaning.
Cancellation conditions
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
After that, a payment of 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

For a group reservation (4 rooms or more), the immediate deposit of 85% of the booking amount must be paid in order to be able to guarantee the reservation.
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be charged. After that, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
